Noodles of your choice. You can use Soba, Rice noodles, Ramen or pasta.

Cook the noodles according to the package.
Add oil to a pan and stir fry the onion, garlic, ginger and vegetables over medium heat until slightly browned.
Raise the heat to high and add meat. Season with chili powder, salt and pepper. Add the remaining oil and pour in the noodles. Stir for a few minutes on high heat. Serve!
