How to (30 min)
Cook the rice according to directions on package (about 20 min).
Milling (light roast), onion and garlic in oil over medium heat for a few minutes until the onion is soft and shiny (not burnt).
Stir in the lentils and add water to cover. Cook about 10 minutes until the lentils are soft. Add salt and pepper.
Add vegetables and / or potatoes and cook, stirring until golden.
