Work the ingredients into smooth dough.
Grease a frying pan with oil, flatten and divide the dough into two pieces. Bake on low heat on your Primus Stove.
Brush the top with a little oil and turn with a throw when it smells of freshly baked and then just hold out for a few more minutes.
