Something for the sweet tooth when out trekking. This recipe is for four hungry hikers.
1 1/3 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1/3 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 c Water
1/2 c Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
How to(20 min)
Mix Dry ingredients first, then add the wet.
Mix thoroughly so there are no lumps.
Grease the pan with butter or oil
Light the burner and cook over very low heat with the lid on.
Test with a fork or toothpick to make sure the batter is cooked through.
